

Any Michigan Hospitality/Food Service business or School are invited to submit recipes for consideration to enter the Challenge. Teams submitting recipes
may consist of members from more
than one property.
Entries submitted are to include a detailed recipe description for
the appropriate category as well as contact information.

of-the-plate Chefs competition, as well as College/University, Michigan Dessert, and High School (Fri PM) categories.
The "Taste of Michigan" Competitions will expect the chosen establishments to prepare and present 300 "sample-sized"
(2-3 oz.) portions of their selected recipes,
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 20th.
There will be a number of MI wineries/
artisan brews represented as well. The general public will purchase taste tickets
that will be used for both food and beer
/wine tastes, and will also fill out a ballot to vote for their
favorites (People's Choice Award). Teams will also be judged by a selected panel of Chef and invited judges (Judges Choice Award).
