To apply, complete the competition application available online (see link at right), and submit (along with recipes) to Chef Christopher Kibit at ckibit@nmu.edu


Each entry is expected to include an original recipe for a main course (protein or other), with appropriate sides (starch, vegetable, grain, other) and complete contact information. If multiple recipes are submitted, please indicate your preference in recipes submitted (i.e. most want to do…).

By submitting an entry recipe, teams are committing to being a part of both the Taste-Off on Saturday afternoon, and the Saturday PM Chefs’ Cook-Off (if chosen).
