HEALTHY LIFESTYLE - LIVING & EATING
Introduction to Kayaking, Hiking & Mountain Biking with Georg Schluender, Director of Silent Sports at Shanty Creek.
Chef Michelle Bommarito, recently featured on the Food Network, explains eating "Clean" food.  Her diet stresses foods you Choose, rather than foods Not to Eat.  They will outline ways to "do it right" and enjoy it in the process.

PAIRING FOOD, WINE AND BEERS
Maximum Pleasure Rick Coates, Food & Beverage writer and long time Culinary devotee will share his knowledge on trends, tricks and tips for everyone to remember that will make your meals and entertaining more exciting and pleasurable.

WILD EDIBLES - PLANTS AND ANIMALS
Cheri Leach, Director of the Raven Hill Discovery Center in East Jordan and Mike & Kim Brown, long time activists on the Boyne City Mushroom Festival Committee will share a mix of animals and plants that served our ancestors well, and still sustain some cultures.  Morel mushroom lore is highlighted.  Interesting and informative.
