The weekend kicks off with the "Future Chefs" Challenge-Taste of Michigan Competition,
Friday April 20, 6 p.m.in the Vienna Room in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa.

Mingle with the judges and competing chef and beverage teams.  The high school cooking
competition will provide outstanding hors d’oeuvres. There will be a people’s choice awarded
along with an official panel of celebrity judges.

                    Tasting tickets are available to the general public for $10 with a cash bar.

                    The "Peoples Choice" balloting ends at 8:00, winners announced at 8:30
