Rob Haney

Retired Master Pastry Chef, Rob Haney, resides in Lansing, Michigan and currently serves as director of the Tri-County Festival of Trees and is an editorial contributor for local publications.

Haney is a recognized real estate investor and business owner in the Lansing area, including former ownership of the popular Country Parlor.  He frequently contributes food and dining related content for Capital Area Women’s Lifestyles Magazine and previously served as a member of the March of Dimes Lansing Chapter’s Board of Directors.

An instructor at the Culinary Institute of America in his career’s early years, Haney had the honor of serving as Executive Pastry Chef of the U.S. Olympic Team during the ’96 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. He was also a professor at Michigan State University.

Haney donates his time and talents to the Festival of Trees and supporting non-profits in the Lansing area.
